My name is Sara, I am a Florence born and raised lady who moved to the overwhelming Tuscan countryside at the end of 2021. I have been practising yoga for over a decade and teach with passion daily classes at Ashtanga Yoga House Firenze in Florence. To me, teaching is a meaningful care for students. I believe that empathy and awareness are the key ingredients to estabilish a deep connection between teacher and student.
