Do I need to rent the car myself?
Yes.
The guest independently rents the vehicle from the rental company of their choice.
The rental agreement is made in the guest’s name.
Can you drive my rental car?
Driving assistance may be available when requested.
I can only drive the vehicle when the rental company expressly authorizes me as an additional driver
and the applicable rental agreement and insurance conditions allow it.
Do I need to add you to the rental agreement?
Yes.
I must be formally registered by the rental company as an authorized additional driver before driving
the vehicle.
What if the rental company does not allow you to drive?
I will not drive the vehicle.
The other agreed tourist accompaniment and travel assistance services can still be provided.
Do you provide an NCC or chauffeur vehicle?
No.
Tuscanytourleader does not provide a vehicle for passenger transportation.
The vehicle used during the experience is the guest’s independently rented vehicle.
Who is responsible for the rental agreement?
The rental agreement remains between the guest and the rental company.
Insurance, excess/franchise, exclusions and other vehicle conditions are governed by that agreement
and the rental company’s policies.
Can you help plan my itinerary?
Yes.
I can help design or coordinate a personalized itinerary based on your interests, available time and
preferred pace.
Can you organize restaurants and experiences?
I can assist with planning and coordinating selected experiences, restaurants and activities.
Do you offer half-day and full-day services?
Yes.
Services can be arranged for half-day, full-day or multiple days.
Do you provide guided tours?
Tourist accompaniment and specialist guided tours are different services.
When a licensed tourist guide is required or preferred, the appropriate professional can be arranged
separately.
